Molan UK are now manufacturers of bespoke made to size roof vents.  Featuring pre-welded pvc base sections, mitred aluminium lid sections and a full range of colors and opener accessories this vent will set the standard for others to aspire to.  The vent is also able to accept the same 35mm thick glazing in the lid where others can only accept a maximum 25mm material so you get exact poly tint matches and insulation across the roof.
